1. Only orders sent in the order format stated in each respective spree post to runwayrhapsody@gmail.com will be accepted.

2. Once your email has been sent to us, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
3. No payment=no order. Payment must be made within 3 days after you have received a confirmation email from us.

4. We will not entertain impatient buyers. Please note that overseas sprees generally need a certain amount of waiting time (around 3-7 weeks.) Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.

5. Please check your orders thoroughly before sending them to us. Take note of the colour, url and sizes. We will not be responsible for carelessness on your part.

6. Items sold will neither be exchangeable or refundable. But we can help you resell items for a certain commission fee. Do email us for more details (;

7. Mass email will not be done for updates. Only refer to the respective spree post.

8. We have the rights to cancel any spree as deemed needed. Full refunds will be made.

9. We will not be held responsible for items that were either damaged or lost in the midst of delivery from overseas, or normal postage delivery.

10. We will not be held responsible for wrong colours or sizes due to carelessness in our supplier's part. However, we will definitely double check all orders before sending them in.

-charges range from $0.80 to $1.50 for apparels.
